Energy drink with zest

  • 1 lemon or lime
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1-2 tsp green tea leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup raw oatmeal
  • 1 cup mixed fruit (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup water (optional)


  1. In a blender/mixer, blend oatmeal to a powder
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to desired consistency


Great for breakfast or before a workout.
