Homemade Hot Sauce

Servings: 3


  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2-3 medium sized tomatoes
  • A handful of cilantro
  • 1/4 onion
  • JalapeƱo and/or serrano peppers (to taste)


  1. Add garlic salt, onion, cilantro, and peppers into a food processor (blender)
  2. Blend to desired consistency
  3. Quarter the tomatoes and add to the mixture
  4. Blend to desired consistency


You can also sear the tomatoes on an iron skillet for that charred/smokey flavor.  Also, chile pequin’s, a dash of cumin, and a sprinkle of lemon juice.
